Easter at this hotel was lovely! The view from the room was amazing, with a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Plus, the Indian food in the restaurant was simply delicious! The location was perfect, with close proximity to key tourist spots and quick cab service. Additionally, the room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities.
Sadly, the service in the restaurant was slow, with our dinner taking over an hour to arrive. This did affect our evening plans somewhat. Additionally, the elevator was out of service during our stay, which was quite inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Finally, the air-dried towels could have been softer and the shower was difficult to control.

The hotel offers good customer service, with courteous and professional staff who are accommodating. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a good view and balcony overlooking the lake. the breakfast is good, and the Indian food in the restaurant is great. Despite some issues with the toilet flusher and the elevator, the overall experience is high quality and delightful.
Some guests had to deal with disorganized staff, specifically with fulfilling requests and providing adequate towels in a timely manner.
